No, but you'll get the most out of this session if you already build things, with or without AI. You need to be comfortable using a computer and installing apps. We'll guide you through everything else.
No. The harness works with Claude, OpenAI and open-source models, hosted or local, and we spend time on which model suits planning, building and reviewing. If Claude isn't available where your team is, or costs too much at your volume, you'll see how to swap it out without changing how you work.
Yes. Start with a one-hour assessment call: we look at how your team works today and send you a prioritised list of changes. From there we can run the workshop privately, build a skill around your codebase, or move the team to other models.
You leave with the harness on your machine and the habit of using it. To go further, our other workshops cover web apps, internal tools and native mobile apps.
