how it works

  1. before the call

    You fill in the form above. We read it and come to the call knowing your team, your stack, the tools you use and where the time goes.

  2. on the call

    We walk through how a feature gets from idea to production today: how work is planned, which models and agents are used, how code is reviewed and what slows things down. We ask a lot of questions.

  3. after the call

    Within a week you get a written summary with a prioritised list of changes, and how to execute them. We can then separately make the changes you'd need, or guide your team to do them.
